John Hughes
Team: Notre Dame Fighting IrishFrom: Chicago, IllinoisHeight: 5'6"Hughes is a 1x CFB National champ, 3x ACC champ, 1x SEC champ, and 1x PAC-12 champ. The accolades don't stop there. Hughes is labeled as IRL's poster boy, he's on the Mount Rushmore of IRL, and he is undoubtably the most loyal and important member to ever set foot in this league. From the Emergency Live days to the NCAA 25 year 3 Clemson Tigers (one of the best IRL rosters of all time), Hughes continues to make an impact. Not to mention, he owns Aidan, Cole, and UTH, but can't beat Fern or Desena. Favorite IRL moment: Christopher Vizzina's 65 yard TD pass to Antonio Williams to win the natty. Other fun facts: his brother Mark Hughes had a cinderalla run with Oregon in year 7 of NCAA 25 and John has a secret love relationship with Desena.
Matt Desena
Team: Utah UtesFrom: New YorkHeight: 5'11"Desena--one of the most egotistical people I've ever met. Countless playoff losses in Madden over the years prepared this guy for NCAA 25, where he won 4 national championships, 3 with UCLA and 1 with Tennessee. He also is the top recruiter for other league members, Aidan and Fern. "Desena the Deceiver", despite all his lies, is one of the most important IRL members. He goes to Binghamton University, enjoys Travis Scott music, and runs MId Blitz every play.
Nick Hoffman
Team: LSU TigersFrom: Long Island, NYHeight: 5'10"Hoffman aka "Creampie" has been in IRL since December 7, 2021, the early days of Madden 22. Known for being a great guy and making many playoff apperances over the years. The best team he ever had might've been Michigan in NCAA 25. The Yichen You era was special in Ann Arbor.
ISO Ross
Team: BYU CougarsFrom: ConnecticutHeight: 6'5"Ross has been in IRL since February 13, 2022. Joined in Madden 22 and has been a league staple since then. Always a top competitor, making 5 championship apperances, yet has never brought it home. The ball always seems to bounce the wrong way in the biggest moments. "The 2023 Bears with Lamar and Montgomery could not be stopped" per Ross. Been at the center of MANY league controversies, including the infamous "HOF shifty scandal" of winter break 2024. League rivalries include Tobias and Machado. Ross is a great guy, even meeting up with Weiss for a meal at Zips Diner back in June.

Team: Tennessee VolunteersFrom: Tulsa, OklahomaHeight: 5'8"UTH--aka "Jaxen Marshall" famed leader of the Tulsa Crew (which includes KGN, Kruz, Dale Kurt, and Kooper Kelly. Second most accomplished IRL member of all time. 6x IRL champ. Madden 24 dynasty with the Houston Texans where he won 3 rings in 4 seasons. Also won a natty with Georgia Tech in NCAA 25. Middle school basketball coach in his free time, also married to Tobias.
Team: Washington HuskiesFrom: Seattle, WashingtonHeight: 6'4"The founder of IRL! The longest-tenured IRL member hasn't always found success in the league but he is defintely one of the most loyal and beloved. Highlights include the Drunk Bowl, fireball shots, Golden Game wheel spins, head coach Billy Baker, Marcus Mariota playing D-Line, and annually starting the worst league of all time, N2KL. As much disrespect as Soarz receives, he is a 1x Pac-12 conference champion, he beat John Hughes and made him quit the league, beat Weiss 2x, and has a couple more accomplishments over the years. Known for being a terrible recruiter and turning Oregon into a high-school level program in CFB 25, so far he is proving the doubters wrong with his great work in CFB 26!

Team: Colorado BuffaloesFrom: Queens, NYHeight: 6'0Machado is a 3x Super Bowl champ, 3x Natty CFB champ, and is known for winning every division/conference he's ever been in. Went undefeated with the Auburn Tigers and won a natty with them in NCAA 25. His Madden 24 Green Bay Packers were basically unstoppable. QBs like Justin FIelds and Jordan Love were league MVPs under Machado. He also has an undefeated record in the commish bowl. Mark's biggest downfall was his goons, which thankfully, he dropped most of them in 2024.
Team: USC TrojansFrom: Chicago, IllinoisHeight: 5'10"Pat Tedeschi. IRL Hall of Famer hailing from the streets of Chicago, Illinois. Founder of the Chicago Shamrocks, arguably the greatest team creation in IRL history. 1x defeat of Mark Machado, 1x playoff game winner, and the best trader in IRL history. K Known as a Madden merchant! Hasn't been able to recreate the same success on CFB. Been here since Madden 21 and is one of the most loved members of IRL. Has a twin brother named Kevin Tedeschi who uses Xbox. Pat now attends college in Wisconsin and is one of the biggest degenerates in the league. Drinks 6x per week!
Team: AlabamaFrom: FloridaHeight: 6'3"Jovan Dumas. Unit. Older brother of Nathaniel Dumas. Annually play each other in the Dumas Bowl. Known for being an awul recruiter, but he plays an electric style of football on the field.
Team: Ole MissFrom: FloridaHeight: 6'3"Nate Dumas. Also a unit. Younger brother of Jovan . Annually play each other in the Dumas Bowl. Known as being racist but other than that pretty good guy.
Ian Genaghan
Team: Kentucky WildcatsFrom: WisconsinHeight: 6'0Ian was one of the first IRL members, joining the league in Madden 22. Then we never saw him again until NCAA 25. Known as a "sim terrorist", Ian actually made back to back CFB nattys with Florida in NCAA 25. His biggest accomplishment was beating an undefeated Desena in the playoffs. The prime of Wisconsin were its day with Sean Hunter, who won the Heisman and set many league records in year 7 and 8.
Nic Leblanc
Team: Georgia BulldogsFrom: CanadaHeight: UnknownLeblanc is a great guy. Known for being a consistently solid member in IRL. One of two guys from Canada. Brought Nicky Cons and Will Comp Greens into the league. Since he is such a great guy he is usually rewarded with high picks in IRL drafts. He has even been entrusted to be a commissioner at times. Keep being a great guy Leblanc!
Ryan Weiss
Team: FloridaFrom: New YorkHeight: 6'4"Known as "the man in charge". Weiss is the top commissioner of IRL--always simming the week on time, producing weekly content for the league, and pretty much doing anyhting else that the league requires. While the success does not always carry over onto the field, Weiss has certainly mastered his role as commisioner. Accomplishments include a playoff win in Madden 24 against Tedeschi, and playoff wins in NCAA 25 against Ross and Sleeze. Weiss is also the best recruiter in IRL, as he constantly produced high-level talent for his Miami Hurricane teams. Quarterback Johnnie Baguettes will forever be an IRL legend--his senior season capped off with winning the Heisman Trophy.
Big Money
Team: Arizona State Sun DevilsFrom: CaliforniaHeight: 5'10"Big Money aka "Mason" is best friends with Sleeze. From Enoch to Delta College, Big Money is a true baller! He's so handsome and lightskin and pulls like crazy! Many believe he is due for a breakout year in CFB 26 but so far he has struggled with Arizona State. Let's see if he bounces back!
Sleeze
Team: Texas A&M AggiesFrom: Oakland, CaliforniaHeight: 6'5" SLEEZE joined IRL in the middle of NCAA 25 and already has a list of accomplishments. 2x Big!2 champ, 1x CFB March Madness champ, and 2x CBB league winner. His year 4 USC Trojans were something special. Despite his overall talent, SLEEZE is proudly owned by Aidan Medeiros. SLEEZE aka "Amare Suggs" plays basketball in his free time.
KGN
Team: Auburn TigersFrom: Tulsa, OklahomaHeight: 6'5"KGN is an IRL member with a very successful track record. Mulitple conference championship appearances in madden and a few conference titles in NCAA. He finally got his first national championship in NCAA 25 year 5 with Kansas State. He is also an IRL HOFer and best friends with UTH Pastor.
Kruz Smith
Team: Oklahoma SoonersFrom: Sand Springs, OklahomaHeight: 6'1"Kruz Smith is one of the newest and youngest members of IRL but has already established himself as a respected member. 4 playoff appearances in NCAA 25 and 2x semifinalist. The best team he ever had was year 3 Penn State. Kruz has some of the most untapped potential in all of IRL, this kid has the juice!
Tobias
Team: Clemson TigersFrom: FloridaHeight: 5'8"Tobias joined IRL on September 2, 2022 as the New Orleans Saints. He is one of the most controversial, yet important IRL members. Yes, he can be racist. He can be an idiot at times, but he is also loyal and active (most of the time). His best team ever was LSU in year 4 of NCAA 25. He also brought Jovan and Dumas into the league.
Drake Geaud
Team: Ohio State BuckeyesFrom: OklahomaHeight: 6'4"Drake, one of the newest Oklahomans, has been a quality addition to IRL. His accomplishments include making one NCAA elite eight and beating Fern twice (while scoring 160 points combined). The best team he's had was the year 7 Florida Gators. Excited to see what more Drake can accomplish going forward!

Cole DIesselhorst
Team: UCLA BruinsFrom: Oklahoma City, OklahomaHeight: 6'3" (allegedly)Cole! Also known as "Joshua Cole Dezmond Diesselhorst". Infamous for team dumping in Madden 22. Managed to get back in IRL and has been a very productive member since then. 3x B10 champ, 2x semifinalist, and 1x natty runner-up with Penn State. Favorite IRL moment was game-winning Hail Mary against Desena. Many call him a freak for the way he plays the game--straight RPOs and jet touches.
Aidan Medeiros
Team: Texas LonghornsFrom: New YorkHeight: 5'2"Aidan "Scumbag" Medeiros. Joined IRL on November 27, 2022 as the New York Giants. Clinched his first playoffs on December 18, 2022, and the rest is history. 1x semifinalist with Notre Dame and multiple regular season ACC championships. The Notre Dame dynasty of NCAA 25 was something special man--Maka Mafi, Bakari Enechukwu, Jaden Greathouse, Roger Rhodes, Lenzelle Keenan--the greats to play for Mediros in South Bend just keeps going!
Banana Pro
Team: N/AFrom: CanadaHeight: 5'10"Banana Pro aka "Noah" joined IRL on Septmeber 2, 2022 and has been one of the most consistent and low-maintenance members since then. He was one of the only people to never switch teams or conferences in NCAA 25. His run with Utah, specifically his year 5 run to the natty, will be remembered. Got inducted into the IRL Hall of Fame on January 1, 2025.
Mikal James
Team: N/AFrom: Norman, OklahomaHeight: 5'6"Mikal is a crashout. Despite this, he is known for his ambitious rebuilds, most recently with North Texas and FAU. He won a B10 championship with North Texas and came in 3rd place on five separate occasions, The best team he ever had was with year 2 Nebraska.
